that small of a tire you can run stock 4:10 or for some better power run 4:88.

A doubler/dual case will not affect high range.

As mentioned dual cases only effect your low range, gearing, so you want to match your gears to tire size just as you would do if you didn't have duals.  4.56 or 4.88 would put you close to the stock ratio of 28's and 4.10's as you can get.  4.56's would be a little under geared, and 4.88's a little over but would allow you to upgrade to 33's w/o having to change gear ratios.  However if you plan on running 33's anytime soon, you might consider going w/5.29's, a lot of people like the performance combo of 33's and 5.29's w/a 4cyl.  The 5.29's would also set you up for running 35's, if/when you wanted to run them.

Thought I'd add to this. only run 5.29's with heavy 33's like swampers if you run light At's you will be uncomfortable with the high revs at 65+ I don't know why this is but but it is my experience maybe because it's easier to get to higher speeds with street tires, definitely go with 4.88 if you only plan on sticking with the 32-33' range you will be happy with them and your rpm's will be were they are supposed to be
