Thanks man, yeh it could go a :pokinit: load more than in those pics, if u notice, rear shackle isnt even straight up and down yet, and i have 10 inch shocks on the front. It could go SOOOOO much more, everything up front clears, but just barely, got it almost perfect. Has leveled to 22 inches to frame on 36s in front, 20 in rear. Works good like this, still minor rubbing in rear, but meh, i just gonna trim a bit.

DD, 22R, L52HD, 35"s, All pro/Marlin Hysteer, 529's, Aussie Locker in rear only. 5" All Pro springs and 5" shackles. Just purpose built and dependable. A/C blows like ice too... www.4x4HIM.org

Yeah im looking to go about 3 inches of lift and 35s...i want to keep the trimming in the rear minimal! Ill be running RUFs and chevy 63s also...seems to be the  most popular annd cheapest!

yeh i got custom front pack now, ruf main, and first leaf, then 2 3 inch lift springs, that were sagged to :pokinit:. Works great. For the blue 81 in the pic, Im gonna do mazdas. Rear flex is overrated, as you can see in my pics, it has plenty already. Mazdas are shorter, some bolt in stock location to extend rear wheelbase, snd usually junkyards let em go cheaper than chevs, because no one runs em.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone run those haha you get em outta 2 or 4wd? Be curious to see how that works out. Your 4runner reminds me of my old 88..mine was the same color and I hated it!

I like the blue, only prob is 1 lives right down the road, literally 3 houses down, same color. Got dam POS, fallin apart, they abuse it. You get em out of the 4wds from what ive read, but could possibly use 2wd if the same length, and just build hybrid springs. Makin custom leaf springs is about the easiest thing to do for a truck. Find how long you want em, how much arch, grab measuring tape, and head to the yard. Yards here go 20 bucks a spring, but try and mark the 63s to 100 bucks a pair.

Heey sparkplug...any chance you could give me some dimensions of your front spring hanger? I need the total width from end to end, the the width of the opening where the spring goes, and the measurement from the top of the hanger(bottom of your frame) to the center of the leaf spring bolt hole? if you could send me those that would be great!

Havent updated in a while, been way busy with other trucks and cleaning up parts. I did hydr assist. Its awesome, one of the best mods Ive ever done. Cost about 140 bucks for everything, including my own tap and bits. Progress on this runner is going to slow down, I got Mayberry old runner shell, and Im gonna build that to wheel, this one is just to pretty, and its the first one ive done.

Front bumper started, gonna add 1 inch tube triangulated, and tie same width tube to my shock hoops.

Low steer is on because I broke a MARLIN steering pin 3 weeks ago and I havent got my arms back yet.

Looks good so far. You going to wrap around the corners under the corner lights? Or anything from the corners to the lower mounts?
