c'mon. jeeps arn't that bad. i just like toyotas a little better. but jeeps are good too. my dad has a 55 cj-5 willys with a toyota transfercase with 4.7s. so dont be a hater..

Sounds to me like the guys is just proud to be a Toyota ower, nothing wrong with that. I DON'T LIKE JEEPS. If I found one cheap enough I would buy it. If I kept it I don't I don't think I would keep to much of it Jeep. I think they over priced, mostly what you buy is the name. Plus it's fun to talk trash to the jeep guys. I have a buddy that has almost 100 k into his jeep and it can't hang with my toyota junk.

first of all,  .  now..
i own a '95 jeep grand cherokee laredo, and an '88 toyota pu. I drive the yota, and, the wife drives the jeep. the reason for this is, the jeep ( with full time 4x4 and quadratrac) is almost impossible for her to screw up. it is a very solid and capable vehicle. However, the grin that graces my countenance when i climb behind the wheel of my "goat", couldn't be wiped away with a stick of dynamite! I have yet to be stuck anywhere with this little four wheeled juggernaut, and, we currently have approximately four feet of residual snow..
