hey guys  i got a rear dana 60 out of a ford f-250 camper  ? what is the gearing in it ?  ? it has a posi set up in it

run the axle code number through a ford decorder and it will tell you everything about your axle

The application doesn't mean anything as to what's in it for gears. There might still be an ID tag bolted to the cover. If it's there it will have the gear number on it.

It could have any gearing in it if its used... someone else could have changed the gearing, same goes for the posi.

Just yank the cover mark a tooth count them and do the math its pretty quick and easy.

there is no "most likely" especially with a ford axle.. it takes what 5 mins to pop the cover? i bet the ratio is even stamped on the ring gear
