Oh ya now I see, if you look closely you can see the dust from the mall parking lot.

yotatough

I can say it has been wheeled in the snow, and in the mud.  Just not the rocks...

91 ex-cab

Pics or it didn't happen haha.

yotatough

I'll ask him for some later, he lives next door to me, just keeps it spotless all the time.  I dont think it ever spends the night outside   lol...

91 ex-cab

Haha this is why I said pics or it didn't happen, you wouldn't think someone that is that careful of their truck would wheel it.

yotatough

sometimes I wish mine looked that nice, I think mine gets washed once or twice a year......    and every time it rains, and it dont fit in the garage.......    if I had one lol...

SloCrawler

I don't even wash my DD, I just add a little flat black paint  through the years.  Looking good..

Here it is, before I re-painted it.  So this is why it looks so clean in the picture.  I just got it painted because of oxidation, and removed a few dents.  I wish i could find the pics of the stages of re-doing the truck.  It had thrown in different tail lights, I think one was from a Ford ranger, the old square ones.  Maybe one chevy tail light.  I dunno, it was pretty sad.  I could not complain about the price, being it was $0, but I did spend a lot to make it the way it is.  It had a tailgate that only latched on the drivers side because the one he had was short and not the right one.  The whole back side was odd, but now it is back in shape.  Here is something funny about it when I first got it.  It is a 5.9L V8, it came with custom spark plugs.  3 autolite, 1 champion, and 4 amazing NGK.  Thought that was funny.  I will try to get better pics up.  By the way, it is always outside, but it is under a cover. :D

Funny that you mention that.  I am actually selling my rig yo buy a yota.  Already found one too.  My buddy has an 86 extra cab 22re-turbo he is holding on to for me until I sell this one.  It is 2 wheel drive but, just need to chop the front up and throw in a solid axle. swap the auto for a 5 speed and case it up.  My dodge is under rigs for sale if anyone knows someone.  Yotatough's my neighbor and knows my rig.  It tows anything, and actually gets 16 mpg city.  Not bad for a 5.9L.  I am just looking for an extra cab, so when the wife and I have kids.  I have is posted for $4,500.  The heads were done around 40k ago, and the tranny replaced around the same time, brand new.

Backspacing is 4in on 17x8 wheels. I run 2in spacers up front and an ifs housing rear with 1 1/4 spacers. Works out pretty good
