Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:

Man I love straight axled tacomas... get that thing done.

Doof

i would have voted for the bob, but the comp cut/bumper is what i chose... comp cut with a bob should be your best bet or at least an option. best of both worlds

I would go duals over just a 4.7 in a single case more options allmost as low and your going to do it anyway... might as well start out with duals so you dont have to do drivelines again down the road.  :twocents:  :twocents:  :twocents:

do you have a manual or auto tranny?  I would say you will probly be alright with 4:10s if you have a manual.  I have a few buddies that run 36's with 4:10's and the stock 22r!  They get around pretty well.  As far as going duals or 4.7's, It kinda depends on how much money you have to spend.  duals will cost more because of driveline modifications and they will take more work to install too.  So It depends on how much work you are ready to do, and how much you want to spend!

your fine with gearing, you can do that later. not that its the same but im fine with 410s and 35s. if you were an auto it would be different youd have to or else your tranny would go to :pokinit:. also if you only go with a 4.7 case say goodbye to snow wheeling. not only would that not be that good with a 22re but especially 3.4 your gonna wanna be able to have single low. im always in low 1st 2nd and 3rd gear in the snow. 1st gear high works but its not gonna be what you want cuz then 2nd high is almost to high. just no gear options. but if all you wanna do is take it rock crawling then it will be fine.

thegoofster21

a few years ago i had an 84 with 4.10s and 4.7s in the case on 37s going throw the con. it sucked big time but it was a 22r. im thinking of 4.88s and detroits.Lilbuddy you had 4.88s and that was it right in your tacoma?
