Man I ordered my 4.7s on the Sunday before Labor Day.(5 work days) So its been a whole week since i ordered and the gears still are'nt here im goin crazy. I really wanna get them in before this weekend so i can test'm out!!! Hope they show up 2mro. :crossed:

My GF said the 4.7s showed up today so hopefully tonight i'll get the t-case ground out and put back together.   :gap:

well i was hopin to get the gears done this week but i messed up the front output seal. And my kit dint come with a new oil pump seal so i ordered one from the stealership cause no one else could figure out what i was sayin. The oil pump seal,and front output seal should be here tuesday(ugh). the rest of the case is done. Gears are installed and pretty much ready to go i just cant finish it without a new oil seal.

You dont have to grind as much as i expected. it wwas like maybe 1/8th inch to be safe or so. I printed directions from the internet so its not too bad as long as u have big enough bench space for all the parts. you gotta grind the shift tabs and oil galley's too. 4" grinder worked good. i'd be done if i had a new oil pump seal.

The oil pump goes on that output shaft. All i need is the new seal and i can slap it all together. I just dont wanna put it all together and not replace that one little seal.
