This aughtta be interesting
DD, 22R, L52HD, 35"s, All pro/Marlin Hysteer, 529's, Aussie Locker in rear only. 5" All Pro springs and 5" shackles. Just purpose built and dependable. A/C blows like ice too... www.4x4HIM.org

I like my marlin 5". they flex good, can hold a decent load on long trips, and no axle wrap! 63s flex but sag and lots of wheel hop(but thats just my opinion)
You'll never take me alive

Sweet... I was debating about the marlin 5" kit or the all pro..... I also just found some 94  Bronco springs? not sure if there like the f150s....Id like to see some flex with either one.
Other wise im goin wit the kit! :beerchug:

Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:

I love my 4" marlins for their strength, anti wrap leaf, and flex....  but honestly, ive seen 63's that flex just as good if not better for a fraction of the cost.   :twocents:

REG535

i heard fords leafs flex just as good or better than the 63s and honestly i wont put any gm on my toy haha. marlin or allpro would be a wise choice, and if you have money check out deavers.
sky's havent heard much about them but worth a try  :disturbed:

ive ran f150 and 63's my f150 leafs flexed way more than the chevys however they were very unstable because of it. so i ended up with 63's and lost travel but gained stability i say 63 is the way to go even if they come from gm crap. and if im not misinformed deaaver makes marlin and alpro springs i think they make trail gear springs as well. this is something i heard awhile back. i cant back it with any real knowlege just hear say.
old and sqeaky but she goes

"Springs made by Betts, Betts Spring Manufacturing, Inc."
now that doesn't mean they are actually made in India either, Bett's has facilities/plants around the world

63s. cheap an strong, lots of travel. only down fall is there long. they should last forever if you stay away from a double shackle setup.

the yare actually good for light rigs.... they came off a chevy half ton after all, toyotas are technically rated half ton

I meant more like stripped yota light or like my pick with no bed and just som tube and a spare tire light. I have seen them n a runner but he runs double shckles s i dont know if thats where he gets most his flex or what.

MiniSimp

3 leaf chevys with pivot blocks.

Dingman.

I am running 63" chevys withi a 2" block and a 7" shackle..

i need a anti axle wrap bar.  i have a bit of wheel hop/axle wrap when taking off quick..

89sastoyo

my friends truck has stock 87 2wd ranger springs and they are amazing flex really good mostly droop flex not much up travel and with the over load cut a little shorter but still in the pack they don't have much axle wrap, way better then 63s atleast. Only down fall is they use a smaller bolt so you have to make your hanger with a smaller hole and make your own shackles so one end is big and ones smaller for the spring.
89 extra cab stock on 1 tons.
83 rolled with built toy axles
92 2wd DD
first gen cab

Check out the build.

I can't truly comment because I haven't run them all but I do like my F150s. They flex and they take a load. Plus, they are not ubber long like Chevy's.

gray

I run 5 inch leaf springs made for the newer 89-95(longer) toyotas with springs set inside frame rails like Formula buggys(my truck is a 86)Works great !!!
