so I pulled my cases out last night to start working on the flat belly and fix the leaks. I am 90 percent sure there still leaking from the shifters which makes no sense to me because I put new paper gaskets and some rtv on them so we'll see.
also the rear springs sucked i went wheeling and them pretty much dearched by the end. I think that the rangers are just really soft springs so im going to run a stock set and not mix them with bump stops

ya know i have never put any thought into that and that is probably where its leaking from considering my crawl box shifter doesnt even have a boot on it lol

Carrier bearing relocation. I moved it up quite a bit since the flatbelly so its higher and mounted at the right angle from the t case output.

My bald spare i got for free and my new fuel cell Still need to weld a bung into it for a filler hole and the side is already cut and ready for the fuel pump and sending unit.

thiss weekend im going riding so i wont get much done for a week or so but im trying to have the skid plate and floor re done before the next couple weeks also coods got me a forward shift rail so i can convert my top shift reduction box to a forward shift and get rid of my tripple shifters.

I dont know how i managed but i broke the stub shaft and the birf on airplane hill. i dont have very many pictures other then can opener but we ran can open air plane hill and waterfall.

for sure but with 4.7s stock case it will be legit for sure. when ever you wanna go wheelin let me know as well. I'm going to be re doing a bunch of stuff because for some reason i always take my time on other peoples junk but never work on mine with a good attitude. I want to just make all my slap together projects into nice ones lol and i need 30 splines and put my other front axle together cause this one is bent reall bad.

No its dumb it has a top truss its an 85 so its got the bottom one to and somehow its bent like reall bad i cant get a birf out without sticking something in the short side and hitting it out. Im pretty sure it either got bent before it had everything welded on or he warped it welding it.

yeah i bought it a while ago with birf eliminator kit and a upgraded breaks but it had no seals or anything and i just never ended up rebuilding it and putting it all together but now that i broke a birf in this axle i will because i dont want to put 30 splines in the bent one. I also broke the brass bushing on the end of the spindle because it broke the stub shaft so im just starting new and hoping it wont break lol

ill sell you my stock spindles for 30 bucks or ill trade you for tie rod ends for my high steer. mine are stripped and its all rigged up right now

yeah like i thought i had extras from my extra axle but im a ratard and thought that i had just stock extras with it but i forgot that i gave them to you cause they had to go with the elim kit

I finally got my spare front housing together. Its a full fresh rebuild with 30 splines and I put my arps on these knuckles so I'm hoping I don't have to tear into it again.

I also got some HIDs off a 4runna and put them on they kinda pop out like a bug but im going to take the bezel off and make some smaller low pro bezels for them. they sure are bright.

My next plans are to put the diff armor on my other rear housing paint it and put that together with the chromo shafts and old third. Then im putting some sliders on it and gonna start working on the interior.

The plans for the interior are a new tranny tunnel,with shift boots.
Re mount the seats
Re wire the strereo
Mount my sub box
Tear into the dash replace all the heater controlls fix the dash lights
mount a cb
figure out why my dome light doesnt work
finish my door panels


And for underneath im going to run a 1/4 plate on the bottom so ill mount that im waiting for the clocked adaptors to come back out so i can buy one.
