Heres my buddy max's 2nd gen with a Dana 60 and 14 bolt that were building. Still needs front toy to dana 60 driveline adaptor, floor finished breaks bled seats mounted sliders shocks mounted in the front full belly pan and some other odds and ends. We rolled it outta the shop today and flexed it out in 2wd did amazing



And then i had to do it

In result my axle is dumping 90wt right by my u bolts so im pretty sure my axle cracked?

maybe your spring pad is broken and it cracked the housing just weld it up its only a crack

yeah i was thinking i didnt take the u bolts or plates off yet causes max's junk was in my spot in the shop haha so im probably gonna do it sometime this week

yea i know mine and adams flex about the exact same so if he wasnt pulling then i dont see that being alot of flex for the 1 tons. maybe when he has tires weighting it down it will flex the 1 tons more

haha yeah i was pulling my back pass rear thats 46 inches off the ground.... and max's can flex a lot more than that his wasn't even close to pulling tire and i messed with my springs since we both flexed our trucks out haha flex is over rated anyways

Also i dont have the ford fixed yet cause i lost some bolts and need to go get new ones and haven't yet or id go to browns plus johns to much of a vagine to drive his to browns for some reason if your down on friday we should go to browns then lol have cody take you and ill see if my dads down to tow my junk

ya browns is only fifteen minutes further then goat lol. I wouldn't be driving to goat if it was't ten minutes from the crib but if you want ill drive to browns with you

since I haven't been wheeling like i wanted to I'm gonna start tearing into my truck and re-do some things.

im going to start at the rear and work my way forwards probably do it relatively slow so if i wanna wheel i can put it together pretty quick.

Rear axle

install Diff armor
install spool
weld crack on pass perch
cut the shackle mount and spring hangers off make new hangers buy jonny joints and new shackles.


Re route exaust as high as possible take the hollowed cat off
cut crossmember off
cut floor out again
Fully flat belly it this time
Re-do floor a better way.
full belly pan
maybe 4.7s and 23spline if i can afford it
install new sliders

front axle

install 30 splines
weld shock mounts and ball gussets on the new front axle
put axle together and throw it under
tub the fire wall so I dont rub at all


Motor

All fluids figure out why im throwin check engline lights
cap rotor plugs wires
header
make and intake for it
mount msd better

built a cage got a hydrolic bender not sure if im going interior or exo yyet so thats hte last on the list:)
