one time I was wrenching on me jeep all day long, u know to where your hands are pitch black with shiz... well I went in scrubbed my hands really good then I dried them on one of my wifes white bath towels..   oops

easy fix   you wait for her 2 get out of the shower  towel her self off   then place the towel  where she hung the other one.   wait a few mins then go in 2 the bath room.

Have you ever been BBQing, and took the food of the gril, and left the burners on to cook of some of the remnants, only to be asked about 20 minutes later, "did you leave the grill on?"  "yeah, why?"  "because its smoking pretty good,"  Only to find out that it wasn't the grill that was smoking, but the remains of the BBQ lighter that you inadvertantly placed too close to the grill on the side tray?    that happened at work, so I'm gonna hear about it oh, for say, the rest of my career.

Started a new job and 2 days later found out another company just bought the one you work for and you now don't know if you will get laid off?

I'm riding it out for the retention bonus and severance pay.  I'm not sure yet what the retention bonus will be, but the severance pay is equal to 1 month of regular pay - and I haven't even been here a month.  For the meantime, it looks like I have a job untill the end of March 2009, but after that, who knows?  I switched from wrenching on Toyotas to being a R&D tech/feild service tech for a small medical device company because it payed way better and had better benefits.  My old boss told me I can always come back and work for him.  I guess it's good not to burn those bridges....

Still have a job til march '09?  That works out well at least, given the situation.  At least you didn't show up one day, and they handed you an envelope that said seeya!  on it.

I had a mad hornet nest in my BBQ one time so i fired it up i was pretty drunk and turned around with thumbs up to the people in the house only to realize that the hornets were not happy with me and that the patio door was locked with the people inside laughing hysterically!

Unfortunatly that is never able to happen for me.  almost fall asleep then bam wide awake.  repeat this process for hours and I get pissed.

So a few weeks ago I was drivin home in my old 1975 dodge truck that so happens to have a 440 big block in it. Anywho I was drivin home from work and notice that a friend happened to be ridin up on my a$$. Well I went ahead and put the pedal to the metal and took off passing a few cars through a enter section never using my turn signals and so on. Well at the next stop light I took a look behind me and saw that none of my friends are anywhere's around. There is however a placer county sheriff right behind me though! Lets just say he wasn't to happy when he pulled me over. Lucky he decided to be nice and only gave me a fix it ticket for my turn signals, that by the way work just fine. I'm really happy he didn't say anything about my open duel exhaust with glass packs, cause I was being anything but quite when I hit the gas.

you would think the local law enforcement woudl be used to the sound that come from your trucks
