Thanksgiving: What's Cooking?

MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I HAVE NOTHING USEFUL TO OFFER THIS FORUM  :moon:

yup

outa 4 burners I had 2 on high and 1 on low fer a total of 400*, had ham on far side away from heat and let it sit fer bout 3 1/2 hrs till it reached 160* inside and marinated it about every 30 min. kept it covered with aluminum foil fer 2 1/2 hrs and the last hr i had it uncovered to "crust" up the fat, I then removed the fat and grilled the meat on the hot side but making sure not to burn it and just rotated it every 30 - 45 sec. till the whole ham was golden brown and this also sealed in the juice

the wetrub sauce I made from different things I had at the house and had Pineapple rings all around it with toothpicks

does that answer the question...
