Cut it off and fab up a new one?

Put some heat in it and beat away. Remember alot of small hits is better then on big one.

Put a C-Clamp on it that has a large pads and tighten it up.

I'de say just redo it with some 1/8 plate.
If you see it, its for sale.

dont move so quickly and maybe try whipping the leed back and forth a little bit (kinda like the "c" pattern people always talk about)  also your voltage may be a bit to low. It looks like the weld is not burning in real deep.  also its hard to put down a nice bead on a flat surface like that, especially when its on the side of your framerail.  the welds you put down will work just fine for filling a few gouges in the frame

Yeah I agree with pumpkin toy just slow down turn up the voltage a little bit and use the half moon motion witch would be the C motion like he said. Nice build though keep it up.
