Mike I think you should rethink your position at Marlin Crawler Inc.  Instead of stringing us along with teaser frames and witty remarks (and crashing the forum every third Tuesday, even if that lands on a weekend) You should use your position to motivate us by using the parts available to you, and with your semi-awesome fab skills let us know what a MCI-equipped rig looks, sounds and wheels like.

Thank You for your time.

Signed

MCI Public Shareholder Rex.

If he doesn't report before August, I'll just have to go over to his house and ask him personally!!   :spankbutt:    Cause somebody showed me where he lives.  Which I'll just be across the road from them!!  :rofl2:

Here are the measurements I used..

From the corner of the hood where the hinge is, units are in inches:

And here they are installed :) They turned out like I had hoped

I just used some super simple aluminum angle pieces drilled and tapped for some machine screws

What year, make and model  vehicle did  those vents come off, and which Downey header is that, got any pic's of the install and hook up to your exhaust?

hey mike- look what i picked up today- daytona turbo, its larger then both lebarron vents combined

and ROKTOY- the vents come off chrysler lebarron turbo sedans, late 80s, early 90s.
if you want vents, i got some sweet ones off a 280zx turbo

Look how clean that turned out! And that is 1/4"-wall DOM, there is no way it is going to bend!!

I will break the pitman arm before I bend that DOM beefy Marlink rod!!

Hey Mike, any plans on selling these?

Pitman arm, don't forget your Sector shaft.

<--- I shrunk this image down to prevent confusion. This image is not from my truck :P
It is a great suggestion from Slolyfe that the sector shaft could break if one is not careful!
I have not broken my sector shaft yet :P
