The other way i saw to acturately mark the spot for each new screw was to use a u shaped thing flipped upside down. you drill one hole where ever then stick the tool into the hole and scratch off the next spot to the next screw. super crappy description...

so instead heres a crappy drawing

it was $70 to my doorstep foir 15", and its pretty simple, you just have to do some simple layout then screw and screw and screw....... it would take about 6 hours if i didnt add the extra to the outside

Dingman.

Well the screws them self arn't supposed to leak, but the rtv is there for extra assurance against them..

P-DiseToy24

Are they just self tapping screw cause I bet a hardware store would be real cheap...

if you read the article on pirate he says that you cant just use any self tappers, you have to use fine thread ones so it seals better and has less of a chance to strip out.  I'm sure you could find them at a hardware store but obviously inchworm knows which ones work best so it takes all the guesswork out!

they are self drilling, and self tapping, fine thread to prevent stripping, and to make a good seal, and are galvanized to prevent from rusting, i havent aired up the first tire yet, im hoping to get out there and do the inner bead on the first tire then air it up, if it leaks oh well, it shouldnt be a fast leak, plus i have on board air.....

beadlocks look good. I have a buddy that runs those and likes them, so far after a couple runs. They seem like a lot of work but they are diffently cheaper than weld on beadlocks.  I think when I beadlock mine I am going to do weld on outer ring and the screws on the inner bead.

truck looks good tho.

Alright, ive got a winter punchlist to get done before i buy my new house and have no time for the rig.... Ive got 2 weeks

Flush heater core, and get some heat rippin'
Do the other 2 beadlocks, and get rid of the leaks
Fix my toolbox since I overfilled it and  blew the bottom out
Oil change, clean k&n filter
Remove cruise control, and alarm crap since its a garaged rig now
Now that im out of the dusty season I need to clean up the cab spotless
New windshield wipers
