me too, i am not looking forward to trying to start at the bottom somewhere, luckily my contractors license puts me in front of the majority of laborers i just wish people were wanting new homes........ i can build a nice custom house!!!

Damn man thats no good right before winter no cash=no gas=no wheelin.... I'll keep and eye and ear open for ya.  I might no a guy wanting to build a huge ass garage up by lovelock. I'll try and get ahold of him and see what the deal is cause I know he was lookin for a contractor but didnt want to pay a huge company more than it was worth.
