6 1/2 mo
we are also getting married on sat the 25th-jul
and if all goes well Im buying a house with 1/2 acre for 25-30 K
I offered 25 they said 35 and hopefully we can meet in the middle,
I still have to drop8k plus in to it it is thrashed.
but I never wanted to rent so its a geat investment,
mayby later rent it out and let it pay for my next house.
work has been slow I havent worked for like 3 weeks!!
but everything always seems to work itself out.

oh and the house has a 500 sq ft garage!
