the bumper is a well built and nice bumper, but the guy had to cut it off at the frame because the frame was sandwiched between a 2x3 and the upper section of bumper, so now that i had to cut it out fully, im hoping i can get it to look as clean as it used to be.

i scrounged up some t-case parts to fix my busted crap, and im waiting for my adapter, im planning on getting my bumper rolling this week if i dont work full time, also have been working on my father in laws truck, im gonna be building a hanger to pull his front end forward another 1.5 to 2"

ive been working at least 42 hours a week and resting up after work, and on the weekends ive been on a mission to enjoy life! last weekend i spent 2 days on the beach at fort bragg, it was perfect weather there 70's no fog and no wind! but this week im trying to piece together a bunch of side jobs until permits go through for my bosses 2000 square foot custom home

i had to hack up the bumper that I bought, should have started from scratch....... oh well, i had to make a new front spring hanger to match up to the bumper, it is fully welded on, and the bumper is mocked up i just need to weld some more on it, it looks tits and holds the winch snugly, with very little room to spare, pics tomorrow.... i know i know how $That\'s Gay$

thanks, it was a real pregnant dog to resurrect this bumper, but it turned out pretty good, still need to finish attaching it where the wood blocks are im gonna run a 1/4 strap over the top, all welding was done with my dinky little lincoln 110v welder

thanks cody, if i werent sick as a dog since thursday it would be done...... i wanna add some gusseting, and some bars connecting to the shock towers and back down to the frame to cut the leverage down, also need to get some attachment points up front, then i can clean it up and paint it, im burnt i havent seen your runner yet!

shes still under, but at least shes getting some attention. thanks guys, i cant take the credit for the bumper, i didnt fabricate it, but i put more time into it than it would have taken to start from nothin, im happy with it though. I dont think those jeeps could handle a run in with this bumper! The previous owner rear ended a one ton chevy with it and folded it in half! He also rolled 3 or 4 times with it on and you cant tell anything happened by looking at it.

I failed to mention that i had also advanced the axle forward another 1 3/4" to make up for a little of the approach loss, i cant wait to flex it up to see if i rub anymore, i used to barely rub. Im also hoping that it wont be sky jacked since it raised the front 2" with the hanger. I think the weight of the bumper and winch will even it out a little, we will see
