I'm really just going off what the previous, and second owner told me.  I kinda believe him, because he's a contractor and used it for work for a loooong time.  I got it with about 440,000 on it and have probably put around 70-80,000 on it myself.  I'd have to go out and check it to be sure  :bolt:

We have a few replies!  No, you do not have to be driving.  It does not even have to be your truck.  I like to look at the miles on the stuff at Pick-A-Part too.
I had 2 3.0 Runners last year the 88' had 280,000 blown head gasket.  The 90' with 70,000 and a busted piston rod (lady drove with no oil).   My crawler has 155,097 84' xtra-cab pu 22RE.

Let's see a pick of a real high number!   :snapshot:

My dads 'ol dodge has 361k on it with nothing but a replaced head gasket due to a recall.  (didnt blow just leaked water)

My 94 went through hell and died a horrible rod spinning death before it hit 128k....  never should have switched to synthetic I guess... didnt last 2 hours after a fresh filter and oil change.

If you wanna just go with engine, highest I've had was around 370k miles.  Only reason it failed was cause I ran it for too long with water in the oil, but even then it lasted a few more years before a bearing went out.

She'd definitely seen better days by that time, I kept it for about 60,000 more miles and sold it with a dead #4 cyl. Not too bad for a turbo and it had an auto trans, never had to rebuild the trans at all but those turbos loose power every 30 to 40 thousand and need to be redone.
