interesting, how did you finish yours? sheetmetal and filler? looks awesome tho! does it have the hollow beer can sound when shutting? I know mine did before putting a panal on it

my panel is going to be flat and simple. I should be able to just get vinyl, wrap it on my base fiberboard and glue/staple and be done. screw it to the door with self taping screws. Im not going for show quality but something thats fairly clean. its a rock crawler not a show truck. I might even just bring it to  shop and throw the guys a few bucks. We have a interior shop we deal with so should cost much

No I dont have the beer can sound its braced inside and lined with sound barrier. Plus the outter lower rocker has a peice of rolled .120 plate. In short it takes 2 people to install the doors they are heavy and strong. It took a while to smooth them all out little filler and a lot of tack tack
post pics of your inner panels when done i am very curious to see how they turn out.

Not going to post anymore pics here cause I hate when people hi jack others threads so if anyoe has questions just shoot me a pm
Thanks

I found some at fabric depot. I bought extra since I figured I would at least screw up one. 2 yards was like 20bucks. It matches the interior perfect. kinda hard figuring out how to wrap it and look decent. its not perfect but neither is the panel. It does what I need it to do.

nasty stuff.

So how about hinge's   lets see what you guys got for quick release

I slotted the top bolt hole on the door side of the hinge. taking off, take the bottom bolt out, loosen the top bolts and pull off. Installing, put the top bolts in loosely, set doors in the slot on the hinge, tighten, install bottom bolts.

Those look nice. It can be a bummer getting it to strech right and lay down flat. It is all in the "pie cuts" you make and the streching. Mine are far from perfect but it is a wheeler not a show machine.

Thanks guys....I tryed to keep them simple and clean along with changing the design up a bit. I plan to hit up a local run this weekend with the TTORA guys and run the doors all weekend. with the desert nice warm 80* already it should be awesome. probably get spoiled in running them except for the mass amounts of dust that will accumulate out here. Ill toss in the full doors in the tow rig just in case. Ill keep those for those hot summer days to run my ac :gap:

I would gladly help those wanting to build a set, of course you need to be local to az
