carburetor ?
« on: Feb 28, 2008, 03:54:26 PM »
Is there a bushing or seal on the main shaft, the one that connects to the throttle cable? If so how do I repair or replace it?
I'm not as good as I once was, but, I'm as good once as I ever was.

I don't believe there is a seal in the baseplate for the throttle shaft. If it is worn out and causing a vacuum leak you may need to replace the carb or try lubing it with grease to help block the leak.

I've got a couple spare carbs, I was really hoping i wouldn't have to take it off again.
