I try to find something to occupy me, like stocking an aisle, moving cores or anything halfway physical.

put my head down and take a nap. I am in a secured office no one will bother me. If they need me they call me or knock.  :gap:

I do emails... about 200-280 a day... so getting up and stocking shelves won't work.  I share a room with about 30 other CSR's, so taking a nap won't work, I already browse the boards... and that doesn't help  :thud:

The trick is to not each so much.  If I eat too much for lunch, soon after getting back on the floor, I want to fall asleep.  Another thing is to talk a five minute walk around the facility at a brisk pace.  That will get your heart rate up and process the food faster and you will get the needed oxygen to keep you awake!

Good point, and I have thought of that.  I had Tomato soup and crackers for lunch :thud:
