What would you do if you hit the Lotto?
« on: Dec 20, 2007, 06:08:56 PM »
I'm supposed to be working right now but instead I'm daydreaming......

I would buy the  most bad ass RV bus and a trailer and hit up every trail there is in the US...

What would everyone else do?

Buy:

Start a huge sorority house here in Chico near Bidwell Park. Girls would pay no rent, but must sign a statement of loyalty that I'm the pimp and get first nibble.

Maybe a few cars

BMW M3 Porche 911's, a 32 Ford Roadster, 49 Merc, VW oval, Gullwing Benz

Airplanes

V35 Bonanza

A 51 Mustang

I wouldn't have a job, and would do a lot more of what I want to do, work on my rig and wheel the piss out of it.

Get an unlisted phone number, and talk to an attorney, an accountant, and an investment advisor.  After that, I don't know...
Probably look for property like Glen's, but without the hot blonde or redhead.  Mrs. Stocker would not approve.   :slap:

But what about getting a hot blonde and redhead and just keeping them on ice for when I come over  :wink2:  And to answer the question, yes, I'd be over all the time to visit the ladies and work on projects in the shop!

I'd buy thousands of acres, build a house like glen's, a vehicle storage facility, a shop like glen's and build 2 race tracks.  First would be an off-road truck track with altnerate sections for motorbikes, next would be a street course for motorbikes, cars and such.  I'd then turn part of my property into a well prepped hunting ranch for only friends and family.  I'd then purchase a shitpile of cars, trucks and motorcycles.  I'd have to purchase some whores to tend to me when I crashed my bikes

I'd buy a bunch of land, including some property in some big cities (to sell later at a higher price) invest a lot, build a shop, buy some vehicles I've always wanted, a boat, etc.

Buy a small house on a huge piece of property with a HUGE garage and set Mark loose unrestricted on any wild project his heart desired.
And buy a huge honkin RV to travel in when we get'em done.

Ironically, this wouldn't make you very unique in Washington.  :inthedark:

I'd thank whoever purchased the ticket for me.  The lottery is nothing more than a tax on people that are poor at math.  Statistically, it is not much better than running your cash through a shredder.

I'd set my parents and inlaws up for retirement.

How much is the jackpot?

I'd pay off my mom's house, then my daughter's house and send her to Tahiti for her honeymoon...then I'd buy some land, build a house, build a shop and work on my welding.

I'm kinda with Glen on this one.

First off, I'd pay off my mom's house and my stepdad's truck.

Then we'd focus on finding the perfect plot of land maybe 100 acres (no close neighbors that way).  Then we'd design and have our home built.

Matt and I would both get new trucks, and a daily driver, nice dual car hauler and all the parts for the rigs we want  Pick up some quads/bikes, and take a month long vacation

Of course, invest some of it so that it'll be there for awhile.  :yesnod:
