MC sticker game- ID that rig!

I figured since most FJCs are so ordinary and this one obviously isn't like most of them, someone would piece it together.

I seem to recall somebody getting all defensive not too long ago when it was pointed out that the thread they started was identical to another from the year before.  Now they're capping on somebody else for starting a similar thread to one that already exists.  Sounds like a case of the pot calling the kettle black
