Tech In Shout Box???

I think Tech ?'s in the shout box is ok because it gives someone trying to find tech info. quick answers , maybe not the right answers all the time but close enough to help them out . Lord knows I've asked for some tech info. in the shoutbox more than once .

But seriously I think some tech is ok but not a total build as MRS WILLYMAMOTH once told me that the shout box is fer all of us to BS and stay in touch from across the country and Tech. should be posted in yer build thread....or something like that Im sure she will correct me if I misquoted her.

You can talk about whatever you want in the shoutbox, as long as it is within the forum guidelines of no cussing and no drugs and no underage drinking etc...

But like someone said, if you talk tech in the shoutbox the helpful advice will be lost shortly to the black hole that is the shoutbox.
ANd if you ask a question, and no one is there to answer it, the question will be lost to said black hole.

So it is wiser to post tech questions in the tech board, but there is nothing wrong with asking quick questions and if someone is there to help with an answer, BONUS!

But I still like bacon better

If you see someone online that knows about something and if you just want a quick question answered and dont want to start a thread the shoutbox is great. Ive used it a couple times and have got the answers i need a lot quicker then a thread that coulda been overlooked.

Does anyone HONESTLY believe that DTB is serious when he says no tech in the shoutbox?? 


It's just a joke, folks.  Anytime anyone says no tech in the shoutbox, it is obviously a joke (or at least it should be obvious).  Please bend yourselves back into shape and stop losing sleep over this.
