i need help on what cross member i should get. is the budbuilt budlight a good choice over the high clearance crossmember from fror or the other way around?

THK Matt

depends on your fab skills :D I have none and I'd get the BudBuilt Budlight, for myself.

Good to see the build is still going Max.  I kick myself for letting that runner go sometimes.  I leave for Air Force basic in nine days though so I'll be buying something after tech school.  Are you back from Iraq now?

thanx for selling me that runner man. its been running good and no problems so far. im still here in iraq i get back in jan or feb. good luck in the air force. im getting out in april so no more military for me. but yeah i still got the duals and the tranny to do and some drive shaft work(getting it done when i get back), other than that it should be done i think.

That time will come quick.  My cousin is a Cpl. and is on his 3rd tour and can't wait to come home and be done with the Corps.  Good to hear with the runner, keep this thread updated, I'll make sure to check back from time to time when I'm in tech school.

what kind of measurements do i need to get a rear drive shaft made? and how much do they usually cost?

THK Matt

flange to flange measurement.
100-300 bucks probably.

I took in and extra front cvjoint from a front ifs drivline, had them clearance it for more angle and shorten it and set it all up , it was like 200 bucks, for my 4runner i think it was 41" flange to flange i think, after duals. :gap:

i fixed that problem i just plugged that hole with a bolt and it worked fine, now it sounds way better. i also bought a tranny but its not forward shift. so i dont think i might need jasons t-case,i got the one i bought a while back so i think im set.

atoyot

I finally got my triple xmember from allpro last week. now i just need a new clutch i think.

motorider228

Any new pictures or updates?  I'm finally out of tech school and at my first duty station in Italy so I can get back online now.  You said earlier you got out of the Corps in April, congrats on that.
