I NEED SOME EXCELLENT MOZZARELLA CHEESE  :cheese:

A while ago I bought a quesadilla maker and I love it. I've always been hooked on quesadillas especially if the cheese is extra tasty, such as the cheese from Chipotle. I love mozzarella cheese, and I am pretty sure that is what Chipotle is using, but I can not find any good mozzarella from our stores. All I can find is a bunch of dry crap cheese. I need to find some fresh mozzarella cheese. I've seen the mozzarella cheese that comes in a watery container, but I was wondering if you could make me some kick ass mozzarella cheese and send it to me!! Do you think it would last a 2 day UPS shipment?

HOOK IT UP!! I'm dieing over here!!

Did Alton make cheese too!

I had a friend that used to live down here...he would make his own. If I recall correctly it only took an hour or two from start to finish.

Cheesemaker

What the heck you guys having a cheese post without me??   :rofl2:

Well, Mike I wish I was coming to MCR6, but hopefully maybe next year!  I was gonna send some cheese your way earlier, and some to the Mammoths, until I decided to wait till the roundup!  I thought about sending one with LaDawna Tyler when she was up here last week, but I decided I'll send it before the roundup.  I'm gonna send a big care package a week before, so Marlin can get his Pepper Jack, the Mammoths can get their smoked white vintage, and I see I'm gonna have to send ya some Mozzarella.  Our Mozz isn't the best, but it's pretty good!  It's in brick form like our regular cheddar.  Not hard or wet!  (that sounds personal)  We did a trial batch of smoked Mozz and it was awesome.  I've been nagging them to make some more!  But, we also are doing some specialty flavors lately and they are selling like crazy!  One is a white cheddar with smoked black pepper, you got to like pepper on this one!  I believe their's a chipolte pepper cheddar, A smoked garlic jalapeno, and Garlic cheese, if you like Garlic, you'll love this!  I'll get things gathered up at the end of August, and then I'll let ya know when I'll be sending it!  I'll send it in a cooler and the 2nd day shipping will be fine.  I sent some cheese to the Mammoth's 2nd day, and Diane said it was perfect!  Matter of fact, the Creamery used to do mail order shipping through the post office, on 2nd day shipping without any ice, or insulation!

So, I ask the cooler gets filled with some good stuff in return!! (Marlin swag!!) So, when does the TITS shirts coming in?  That would be a good trade wouldn't it?  :yesnod:  I would like 2~XL, please!  So, what do ya think, BigMike?

Later Cheesemaker!!
