Here are a few of my shots of various places in California.
Name them all and I'll give you a turtle point!

I don't remember much from 3 to 8 minutes ago....

I'll play but I hafta resize some recent shots.  I really really need a uv filter or something for my landscape shots, they just don't look right at all!

Ok, first set is a hike from about 3 weeks ago.  I love hiking the trinity alps and just don't take enough pics when I'm there, so I try and get atleast a few good ones while there.

This set is from probably the worst hike I've been on yet.  DO NOT attempt reaching the rush creek lakes via the rush creek lakes trail, it's nearly futile!  I've heard the trail should be outlawed and can only agree now.  The trail began detereorating about halfway but got much worse at about the X.  I got about to the little circled part before I basically lost the trail, then realized it shot straight downhill and had to make a decision.  Go downhill with my already aching knees or cut my losses and head back.  I headed back.  It sucked cause I could see the basin I was aiming for but the trail was so poorly designed and loose/dangerous that I couldn't chance it anymore.

Too bad but just as well you did, you could have ended  up on one of those 'I Shouldn't Be Alive' documentaries.
I've got lots of pics on my home computer. I'll have to post later.

Took these on my way home from MCR4

You can't really tell because of the lack of quality in this pic, but about 2 miles out the clouds end and it's bright and sunny.. you can barely see it in this pic

Just some from the Tucson area this past winter.

Not MiniSimp quality...but, still this area is pretty easy to photograph.

I just thought you might be into inter-dimensional travel...there's a lot of that in California.

Oh boy, another traveler of the mind with tabs of acid and caps of shrooms?

Ya'll know what I do for a living, right?  I go up dirt roads(sometimes 4x4 trails) to mountain tops.  If in the city, I'm on rooftops.  I got many nice shots.  Be happy to share as long as Marlin can handle the data...

We'll start with this:  My woman, my truck, my guns, my mountain.

The back way into the Grand Canyon...

Coming back from the Charles Manson cabin...

Lost Coast, up north...

Up close shot of morning during a rain up near Oregon coast.

Yota Up

Secret waterfall near Dunsmuir, off Highway 5.  Gotta walk a ways for this one.

Yota Up

High up off highway 88 or 4, I think.

Sunrise on 97 near Oregon.

And last weekend, again at Lost Coast.

I got a million more, these were just readily available in a folder on my desktop.  I've spent the last 13 years exploring CA, NV, OR, TX, FL, AL, GA, KS, ID, AZ, LA, and Mexico.  Wife and I always in the truck, always in the hills, even before my dream job(now we do it full time and get paid).
