Found problem..need a name...
« on: May 29, 2007, 02:17:52 PM »
Hey. So.. i think that i figured out why my truck wont idle. (see Yellow Turdoda build). There is a hose that goes from the intake opening at the throttle plate and goes down below the intake. Its a hose thats about 5/8"od. I plugged it with a bolt and hose clamp and it helped. The part that it is supposed to be connected to is plastic and the nipple broke off in the hose... I put my finger over that open hole.... and it ran pretty smooth. Does anyone know the name of the part the is broken?? I would be most grateful. Thanx!!!!!

Dont try to shift into 6th when u've only got a 5spd! Rubberside down doesnt always mean rite side up!

chris, bring it by.... i might either have an extra, or know exactly what it is, ive grown pretty familiar with the 22r... if i dont have an extra one, i can probably let you borrow one for awhile until we can find you one, i know some people that are local and have lots of parts
