Hi all. I am an official 4x4him.com member and I live in Exeter. My husband and I have been wheeling for the past year and can't get enough. Last year we purchased an 86 GMC Jimmy from a fellow club member here are the specs: Stock 350, 700r4 trans, Np208 transfer case, 4:88 gears, front and rear Auburns, Warn manual hubs, Sliders, Roll bar, Rock lights, Custom bumpers, Cb, 38 Super swampers, and a 7 inch lift. Our  one year old son has been out on the trails since he was 2 1/2 months old an will continue to ride shotgun until he gets his own license. Hope to make some new friend on the forum!

I'm also on 4x4him.com under the same name, but alas, I don't get on there very often at all :smack:  Its hard to follow several forums, and I was already addicted to Marlin when I found 4x4him :gap:

once again, welcome!

Welcome to the Marlin Board!  :gap:

I'm looking forward to meeting you guys! . . . . You gotta chat with my wife and help her see things the way you do . . . especially the part about "My husband and I have been wheeling for the past year and can't get enough." . . . I've had my truck for about a year now and I haven't been able to get my wife to come out with me. But this weekend she said she would go . . . She won't be with me at Cheapo Saddle but she said she would join me for a run up Bald on Sunday. . . . I understand that there are some other friends from 4x4Him that are gonna be up there. I'm looking forward to that also . . .

Blessings!  :)

I'll pray that she comes around. My husband and I fight over who gets to drive. We are actually contemplating getting another rig so that we can each have our own. BTW, I was driving the rig in the second picture at Pismo Beach. I got some pretty good air on that jump!

That is so cool! . . . I can't even imagine my wife catching air in my truck! . . .  :o

Those pics are really cool. That first one is a crack up. . . .Is that spot local?

By the way, are you two attending the 4x4Him meetings? . . . If so, I'll hopefully see you at the one in June. (I keep missing them because of work.  ::))

We have our meetings on the fifteenth of every month so it is not too late to go to May's mtg. We have fun hanging out and eating together!

The first pic was taken at the home of the former owner of Big Red. He had that car on his property. We laughed at it and said well, let's do it. That was our test drive of the rig. We actually have video of it too.

Welcome from Dundalk, Ontario, Canada. Nice chevy, I once built full size chevy's (1980 Blazer, 350sb-300hp, turbo 400, Dana60, Dana44, 205 transfercase, 8"lift w/ dual shocks @ ea.corner. Wheeled hard and took everything I threw at it.), I entered the Granton mud runs 3 years running, 'B' class, 190' + runs each time.
Had a great time with my blazer, changed truck directions 10 years ago to 'Toyota' and haven't looked back.
Sorry to go on, welcome to  :turtle: have fun and meet great people
