Topic: Consistant vibe worse the faster I go...

I got a new vibe that gets worse as I go faster. It really gets shakin about 60. Clean truck no mud, new tires just ballenced. Driveshaft?

i dont like when tire places balance my tires, a lot of their techs have no idea what they are doing - or are so pressed to get the car in and out, they dont care

Any other mods as well?  New driveshaft?  Most likely it is what you recently changed.  did it work fine after the new tires, and then have a problem later?  you may have lost the weights on one or more of the tires

I had my rear driveshaft apart from the spline. If it goes back on wrong that would make it out of ballence right?

U-Joints out of phase

Make sure the clips are on the same side, exact same side.

2nd the U joints.

Had the same problem and it turned out to be just that.

if you replaced the rear transfer case seal remember to stake the bolt, i didnt and i started to get the same thing. it had come loose. but i agree if you pulled the joints completely out they can be out of phase and be actually multiplying the vibration the faster you instead of cancelling eachother out. good luck
by the way its less than $80 to have your shaft balanced. not to bad
