Thanks Mike, i will keep checking the site for more details about the run. how far from chico is the trailhead? Thanks again,
Jason

its about 40 minutes or so away from home depot where it sounds like everyone will be meeting. if your from fresno try and drive up with bigmike or some other people that are headed up just so your not driving alone. im sure more will be updated on times/maps/places to stay as it gets closer. we still have a month 1/2 till then.

Uhh yeah, NO. Its 55 miles from the Home Depot parking lot to Spring Valley lake which is the closest lake. It would probably take about 2 hrs driving/airing down time with that many people.

i think were going to try and leave early,  7:30ish. try and come down the night before or i guess it will be rise and shine early for you. haha. it will take a bit for everyone to hit the trail if its a big turn out which hopefully it will be.

Well I went up yesterday, so are you talking about on the 23rd? If so yes! You should join... Rockcrawlintoy is comin back to Chico in his truck and thats  from Klamath Falls, OR so you wouldnt be the only one driving far. Auburn is only an hr and a half anyway. From Chico its like 45 minutes or so to where the trail starts.

RobD

I am about 90% committed to joining you on the 23rd. What time and where would we meet at. Is this just a day trip, or are you guys planning on camping?
