The only thing about that map is that where it says it ends is only at Spring Valley lake, and that is only the first lake that you get to. You have to go another mile or so before you get to the hard stuff (in the summer)

I dont care, either highlakes or Bald. They are both 3+ hours for me. I would like to go do Bald Mountain because I missed last year. Truck wasnt ready. I have some repairs, that need to be done between now and then. Also have to figure out what new shoes I am going to put on my truck since my DD'ed Swampers are now drag slicks. Was thinking 37 MTR's just like everyone else and their mother but some 39.5 ??? sound pretty sweet. Would deff have to do some chopping to get those to fit.

i want some 40s as well but my truck still is my DD and that would destroy me on gas. get the 37s, youll be really happy with them. been running them at 4.5 in snow everytime i go to the highlakes, no problems and they do good.

Yeah you guys got up there kind of late, we caught you after playing for a while with a couple of Detroit Anchors (= Bronco's). We had given up getting them to the top and we found you guys on the way out. Earlier = better if we hit bad snow.

Im thinking that the Chico people should meet in Chico at lets say the Home Depot parking lot around 730 ish then head up to paradise and meet up at Cozy Diner right off the skyway and then eat some breakfast then head up? something like that....

Hay Mike, is there going to be a carvan going up, and is there going to be any tow vehicles? I was thinking of finding a trailer to take my truck just in case, I dont have any problems driving my rig up, just cant afford to get stuck up there if something happens, it is a long way. Got an extra trailer?

Geno

I don't have an extra room but if a couple people want to crash on the floor in my living room they can.  There are also a lot of motels in the area.
OFRD_GRL – as much as i appreciate strip clubs, i could never date a chic. they are all flopin crazy.

kiyul4130

i have a place as well if people need to. theres a couple couches, just bring some sleeping bags to and youd be set.
