 I'll have a cube.  Alldata is, as Jim said, a program that mechanics use for finding parts for vehicles.  If they can't find the part they need or of they're having problems with their program, they'll call the Customer Service Rep (CSR=me :disturbed: ) and we'll walk them through the problem or walk them through finding their part :gap:

Not my own cube, but I split it with someone else, but basically there's a little bit of a wall but they're there if I need help... make sense?

We have cubes grouped together in fours and ironically they are called "cells,"well...actually, "TWD cells," but explaining that would bore everyone.

For the second time I have my own cube again.  We tend to run short on cubes so when people are out of the office ownership often changes.  Until recently I had things in three different cubes.

Day 2 went well  I was a lot more tired this time cuz my sleeping habits are changing drastically.  We were promised our computers by noon today, and I still haven't got mine :shake: They say "tomorrow" :screwy: We'll see bout that.  I sat in on about 4 hours of calls this morning and an hour this afternoon.  It's pretty interesting.  I can't wait till I know the program inside and out just like the other reps.  I know I'll enjoy it after awhile and I get used to it :crossed: Just gotta have patience till then :hammer:
