an sas on that era chevy aint bad at all. the simplelist option, look for a solid front axle from a ford f250-f350, 1977-1979 preferably but any year will work.

you should SAS it then get like a 10 inch lift and put like 39.5x18 boggers... that would look sick.. i always get cat dust prints on my car.. it defeats the purpose of my truck looking "tough". what color are youplanning on painting it??

i'll talk to my dad about the whole SAS hopefully he'll go for it....no the ca didn't leave just dust prints it left scratch marks all down the side....i'll just repaint it red again if i ever get it repainted

i want to get my girlfriend one of those country girl stickers.  shes getting a toyota soon and shes gonna learn to build it.  when i get fullsize axles shes going to get my front axle.  she knows just about everything, listening to me talk about it all day and reading stuff on here.

thats cool im the only one with a country girl sticker around here...everyone knows not to copy me.....thats good that she knows a lot about trucks so do i n i always help workin on them so your not the only one who has a girlfriend who knows about trucks haha

They are pretty easy. I need somethin new to do, I'm always workin on my stuff. I wish I hads pictures of the one I did, it came out really nice. It had 37" Toyo MT's on it, could have fit 39.5's though. We used an old Dana 44 outta a chevy(passenger drop) so latter on my buddy changed the tranfercase out.

here you go! 35'sx16x15. it used to have 39.5's i lost like 4.5 inches of lift swappin tires. still gots lots of lift to it.
got some new rims they look a whole lot better then my old rims.

well too bad its flipn summer right now... we have like a little dirt bike quad trail its callled lagrange... its the closest thing we have... dont know how far away you are...  its fun.. it aint no serious rock crawling trail thats for sure.
