I think im gonna goto the junk yard and get a new shifter and just bend it the way I want.  I dont really like the two trying to mix the two metals from the old shifter and this round stock....   I would rather have it not be welded...

Those are prp race suspension seats... And they are super comfy,  I would never want to wheel in reg seats after sittin in a good suspension seat!!!

o im all for the chilly weather... snowbaording that is and when im dressed for it... going to work at 5am and having it be 28 and only having a pair o pants and a sweatshirt can get chilly.... but nothing beats heated seats when your cold sitting in a snowstorm going up hwy 80 to ride for the weekend

here ya go heres some    fer ya.... lol   well i just got home from vacation which was crazy, my sister got married so im sure you can imagine!  Oh and you wanna know a doozie, the shop I work on my rig in  wont release it.   I went to pick it up for the painters and the guy is trying to claim that I owe him money....  I guess montana has really strick rules and even though I can provide the paperwork that says I dont owe him anything I have to take him to court to get it released.  My attourney is writing him demanding its release but if he refuses I have to take him to court, and it could be more than a year just to get the case heard in the court room.  Its just gay, the guy owed me a favor, I made him put it in writing and then he tried to deny it, and when I told him I still had the written document he tried to say we should work it out!!! What a retard,  I cant stand dishonest people!!!  What makes people think they have a right to take advantage of other?  Anyways other than that, I just started back up at school, hopefully its good, teachers seem good for the most part...

Your not kidding, Montana has super strict laws about me taking it, if I tried I would goto jai, even thought I can prove that no money is owed.  Its crap, and if the letter from my attourney doesnt scare him (who charges me 200 bucks an hour) then I have to goto court, and my attourney says it will take a year just to get it into the court room for a judge to look at the case.  Isnt that crap, what the hell am I supposed to do for the next year, that b*std could part out my jeep by then and I could see him doing it too, and then try to claim I already took it!!!   Crap pisses me off, Im not a violent person in any way but I would love to take the guy out in the lot beat the hell out of him, break all his windows and leave him there as I drive off.....  Ok thats harsh, I will make sure he is conciouse before I drive off, or at least that the paramedics are on the way.

I also wanted to try to get the local news station to do a report on shady shops...  People likethis shouldnt be in buisness.  I found out from a past employee that he does this all the time....

Iwould like to try, but I cant do anything just yet, got to let the attourney handle it.....   It also pisses me off Montana has a law about recordings and everyone has to know that their being recorded.  When I started to relize the dude was shady and not just a looser I recorded some of our conversations and can prove he is lying but I guess its not usable in any way in montana...   How gay is that again protecting the bad guy from condeming himself!!   I am hoping cause I was out of state when I made the recordings that I cant get in trouble but I know that I couldnt play them in court.....  Gay Gay Gay Gay!!!!!!

For curiosity I looked it up and only 12 states forbid recording without concent of all parties.  Kansas which is where I made the recordings allows single party concent.  So I cant get in trouble for the recordings but they wont be admisable in any way.

Wow that freakin' blows dude. hopefuly the words "Court" and "Lawyer" convince him to stop being a douchebag, but you never know. Ive been in a few situations (even with the police, lol) where all I had to say were those two words and everything got sorted out really fast. Court battles are long and costly hopefully he wont put you through that to get what is rightfully yours in the first place.
