I bet it makes you mad, if it were me, I know id be hott , so i know you are.....just wanted you to know that you have support all the way to the east coast.  Take the b*std down, he deserves it.   - This all coming from a college student, to another fellow student.  And I just had an idea about your absences issue depending on your court date(s) and time(s).  Most schools around here, as well as government offices will allow absences for reasons like yours, if the school, or administrative body is notified and approved of ahead of time.  Its some law some where, they cant fail you for reasons like court, surgery, death in the family etc. they have to give you a chance, b/c its pretty much reasons out of your control.

your right I am pretty sure if I had to be in court that they would excuse my absenses but there are two exceptions I have boards and board reviews this fall, and next spring.  Those I cant miss, but I dont know if I would have to be there all the time everytime.  But I bet the attourney can file to prevent anything on those days!!   What are you studyin?

Double major of mechanical engineering, and physics, with minors in structural architecture, and fluid dynamics.........donbt know what im going to do after school, but all my classes are fun, and i enjoy the work that i have.......for one of the classes i had to design something that needed to have structural value, so I did a complete tube cage/chassis, its awesome......what about you?

Cool I used to be a mech engineering student,  I loved the practicle classes but I hated all the sitting and calculating, and it wasnt really practical for the area I wanted to end up.  But I ended up getting my bs in human biology, and now i am in school working on my Dr of chiropractic degree now.  I graduate in 2 more years and will goback to montana to practice...

Nope, I am gathering all evidence to turn over to the attourney.  All I have left to do is gothrough all my phone records and highlight incoming and outgoing calls to the shop to show that they lacked in communication and Then were ready to rock and roll.
