Install should be incredibly easy!  You should have no problems at all.

As long as you bought the whole kit, meaning that you have the intake manifold adapter, and the air cleaner adapter/ new open element air filter, oh and the throttle linkage adapter.

Get yourself some extra vacuum hose, and some vacuum caps.  Might also be a good idea to get a bit of fuel line, if you need to replace or reroute the line from the pump to the carb.  Depending on your air cleaner setup, you may need to replace/reroute the pcv breather lines as well.

I had gotten the whole kit and the install was a breeze, except for the fact that there supplied throttla lingage would not work. Sorry, I dont have any part #'s for you in regards to that. I have noticed a Huge improvement since after the install.

Sometimes you have to take off the throtle linkage and flip it over!  Webers rock for power and gas mileage!  I swear by mine!

I'm glad to hear all these good coments! :clap2: Yea I bought the whole kit and plan to install as soon as I can get some days off. I also have to install the knuckle rebuild kits I bought. (I have alot of work to do)! I hope to find some gears for the front by the time I get around to doing the knuckles, I only want to do it once if possible, unless I break something. :hammerhead:

Thanks

I went with an electric pump when I installed my Weber. All the tech stuff I could find said the Weber does not like pulsing from mechanical pumps and needs good volume of fuel with pressure below 5 psi. I used a Carter P4070 from Summit and no pressure regulator. I works great.

http://www.22re.com/ This is who I bought my kit from. I bought one with a electric choke. You have to specify if that's what you want or you'll get the manual version. They sell on ebay but I called them directly and got the same deal.

The picture on their website shows a 32/36 with a idle air solenoid.  Do the kits actually come with these?  Mine didn't, so I had to install and wire one later.  Helps keep the engine from dieseling when you shut it off.

I was gonna start ANOTHER topic on installing my 32/36 but thought i would just branch off one of the topics that the problem has been solved already. I have a 20r that i am installing the 32/36 on and had a question about the EGR valve and fuel pump. i plan on running the mechanical fuel pump since i have like 10 off of 22r's laying around at my dad's.

My first question, I removed the EGR tube and mount off the top of the intake and bolted on the block off plate with the PCV hose nipple or whatever... but when i removed that large metal hose out of the side of the EGR it leaves a giant hole in the side of it where the hose used to be bolted on... what do i do with this?

Also, will my mechanical fuel pump work ok with my carb without damging anything or running to rich or what not? is it true the mech. fuel pumps off the stock motors have a regulator built in? appreciate any help and advice! Thank you.
