   When I had enlisteds that were being trouble I would put them on as a runner..( ya I know there are better ways to pass traffic in the field..)   I would tell them that " there will come a time that radios are lost or damaged, and the lives of your squad may rest on how fast you can carry written and coded messages.  Take the message to {insert useful person and rank} and return with a reply as fast as you can. I will be moving with a couple men between the squads for the rest of this exerse you will be my runner till you are relieved or kill by the enemy, do you understand your mission?"  After the guy tells me "yes" I would give them a piece of paper with {ID 10T} written on it and say" this message will tell {insert person and rank} that we have lost all means of passing traffic and have to use runners till the problem can be solved. This code also verifies that any and all messages you are carrying are coming from me or the person in command of the Platoon, and not a falise message. Do not tell anyone this code or show it to anyone other then the person I have told you to give it to. All message from there after will be passed between myself and that person untill one or both that person and I  are relieved, kill or in so way no longer able  to command"   We were some times up to 10Km from the person I was sending messages to.     


    For anyone not getting the point of the ID 10T    If you put them together what do you get?

No no no,it's not my orientation that varies  ,it's my standards  .I raise and lower them according to where I am at the time.Oh,and the girl that gave me the shot was semi-hawt,it's my wife's friend.So now my wife's co-workers know what my ass looks like,LOL
