Trail-Flex Lift Kit Infos

Question for the Lift kit Freaks :greengrin:

Hello :biggthumpup:

I m new here and full intresd to get some Informations and Pics how to install the Trail-Flex Lift Kit.We get them last Month from MC and now we start Install the hole Kit.
sorry i forgot we come from Germany and Switzerland,and i think we are the firts to put this Kit in ours 82`Toyota Pickup in Europe. :clap:

so my friends start last weekend and now i have some questions :headscratch:

1.do you have Pics IFS Steeringbox-Position ???




2. on the Pics by Marlin crawler those have 2short shocks and 2a little bit longer,but oure shocks have all the same size ???



i will put also Pics from the Toyo here on the net

Yes, that is the IFS mount. As far as the position, you have to figure out how far forward it needs to go so the steering arms are straight and not too far forward or too far back... There is not a "set" position. The larger rectangle with the hole is for the front spring perch on the drivers side to level the axle out if its a hair short on that side. I just did this kit and didnt use it. The piece right below it, there is actually two of them. It acts as a gusset on the front spring hanger above each shackel mount..  maybe someone has a picture of it they can post for you. As far as the shocks go.... mine were all the same size also. They all worked. See my thread,.. I installed the the trail flex kit also.

These plates work as a gusset...  look right on top of the spring hanger, you can see them there..  one on each side...  also check out this thread for another trail flex install...
