I've had numerous people contact me asking if they could get a ride, and I unfortunately have no open seats (I am taking Bevin since we didnt get his 3RZ conversion finished in time)...

But for those who, for any reason, couldnt get their rigs ready, or cant afford the gas or whatnot, post up here and see if someone else has an available seat for ya!

I know 'rocks hurt good' needs a ride, anyone have a seat?

I am sure that most people can drive their daily drivers to Loon Resivor and then meet up with their ride there and help with spotting and getting to meet new people! :beerchug:

Yes, I do need a ride and I am begging for one. Like Mike said I can meet someone up there or if I am on the way for you then I'll just jump in the back of the truck as you pass by on the freeway :yikes: . I would be more than happy to help pay for the fuel on the wheelin rig and if you break...I'm a grease monkey so I'll help as much as you want me to. I wouldnt want to miss this chance to meet you all and get to see some great rigs built by the best. I am located in Vacaville CA which is right smack between San Fransisco and Sacramento along I-80. If you have a seat available PM me or give me a call at (707) 718-7819. Thanks :beerchug:

Hey Rocks Hurt Good,
I got your PM. I'm planning to go and I've got somewhere between 1 and 3 open seats. You're more than welcome to hitch a ride.  :driving:  The only thing would be that I MAY leave the con Saturday night, I'll know soon. Only other thing would be that I'm an IFS rig, I've been in there before and I'm not concerned but if you you may have more fun riding in a better built rig if its offered.  :stopit: Let me know.

RHG, spotter and I are planning on taking her car up, and parking it at loon, then walking, hitchin rides, riding sliders, on the 'con.  I figure I'll walk a lot and take a bunch of pictures.  If you wanna head up to sac, you can ride with us up in her car

I doubt if we'll have anything, mostly just a backpack probably.  It'll be nice and chilly at night, I'll be takin a sweatshirt, and a carhart style jacket.  I'll prolly just bring a sleeping bag as well.

Plus i'll have a 5 gallon Jerry can strapped in the back just in case.

i have done it a couple times.

i will have some open seats in my tow rig, but you would need to get to pollock pines and meet me.
also may have an extra seat in my rig.

Of course!! I think we'll be at the KOA. I say I think cuz I have a lot of work to do on Tues and Wed before I can head up and the "when" all depends on how quickly we work :nerv:

OK folks here is the deal, I was planning on going to th roundup and just bumming rides along the trail and walking the rest of the time. I got told last week that I have to work that weekend. Kinda hard to get nasty with my work and tell them that its too bad I have plans cause I am in the military and they dont really care. BUT I am going to call up my supervisor tonight when his shift starts and try and sweet talk him into rescheduling me. If that happens then I am good to go. Wish me luck!
