I did the trail flex kit instal on my 85 4runner, and the main problem I ran into was that when installing the rear springs the dimensions I got were a little off. I was told to place the front rear hanger 6" eye to eye forward towards the front of the truck, then put the rear hanger 1.5" back towards the rear... when I did this the rear axle was waaaay too far back.. I ended up putting the rear hanger back over 3" and then putting the axle on the forward most pin on the axle mount..  So i would say triple check dimensions on the rear mounts, get a few different opinions based on what its going in.. it sucks to break welds and keep moving hangers.   :twocents:
