BIG BALLS

Hello from Sunny South Africa, where the wild animals roam free :circle: , Hello to all of you, hopefully I will be able to make some new friends here, share my 4x4 experiences and many days, months and years working on my Toyota Hilux 1992 model 4x4 Bakkie, it is a real mean machine and a Eye catcher, the ladies just steer when I drive past, even give me their contact number sometimes, they leave them under the wiper blade, asking for me to take them 4x4ing in this little bakkie. :ladys-man:

On a more serious note, my vehicle has the following mods so far;

Front and rear ARB Lockers
Rear Superior Engineering revolver double twist shackles.
60mm body lift
3" Black Diamond suspension lift
33" x 1250 x 15" Bridgestone Mud and then also a set of 33" All Terrain tires all 9 tires are mounted on 10" wide American white wall trail duster rims.

I also have a set of 33" Mickey Thompson baja claw tires on Mickey Thompson classic 2 rims.
Then there is the dual roll bar system.
Shortened load body
power steering
grade 3 anti theft pepper spray system for those thieves, (naughty boys)
front own manufactured SYRON CONVERSION front steel bumper with a KEW 8000 electric winch
front and rear bow shackles
rear mounted tow bar
My friend Ronny and I have completely overhauled the front and rear complete axles, even fitted a new crown wheel and pinion in the one pumpkin that is another story
snorkel
rhino seat covers
high lift jack
mounted shovel and axe
cab slider window
cool/ tool box in the rear
jerry can holders

If anybody wishes to see photo's of this vehicle then please send me your email address to
[email protected]  I can also send you photo's of the surrounding countryside where we go out wheeling with our friends, we kick the Jeep guys leave them stuck in the mud

Toyota rules here in South Africa, the guys with the Landrovers hate us guys, they think that the Landrover is the best vehicle here in Africa, however they are just jelouse because if you visit a friend who owns a Landy, you must shake his ancles as he is mostly under his vehicle in his spare time.

I have ordered a Marlin Adapter kit for my Hilux, it is on the way from America, will then also fit a double cardan joint at the rear.

There is not much else I can do to this vehicle.

Just download them to this site, it's alot easier than e-mailing them to everybody. And it's real simple.  Just go to additional options below this box and input them in the attach box!  Honestly, I don't open pics/attachments from my e-mail, viruses you know!! :shocking:   I know I would like to see your 4x4, but by posting them here is alot safer for all of us!! Just my  :twocents:   And welcome to the board newbie!! :welcome:

Hello all, well the Marlin Crawler kit has arrived now in South Africa, I will get it next week from my supplier in Johannesburg, there are in fact two kits, one for my Hilux and the other for another Hilux that my friend Ronny, who is actually my God Father we are busy modifying another Toyota Hilux, it is an Australian Import, today we fitted the new Superiorengineering Revolver shackles to the rear leaf springs, there are many mods in the pipe line for this vehicle.

For the Marlin Kits, we already have had the spare gearbox transfer cases completely reconditioned and the company doing the reconditioning of the boxes will also be fitting the Marlins, we have also got twin sticks, I have decided to fit a double cardan jointed propshaft to the rear of the vehicle, doing away with the center bearing kit.

Much stronger and more reliable.

Here is a free full version of a photo editor if you need one:

I have several other professional editors so I've never tryed it, but people I've told about it before say it's great.

You see we are a desperate bunch and love to see other people's junk.

Thank's friends, concerning the grade 3 anti pepper spray, this is a specialised system that has a high pressure cylinder where this special gas is stored, if I activate it and a person enters my vehicle if it is locked and they want to steal it, well in a limited amount of time if it is not de-activated they will get a face fill of this spray through the air vents, it is similar to Tear Gas that is used by the police when people are rioting, but only worse.

It is just another way of telling the thieves to not try and steal my rig, or to remind them if they do that this is a no no vehicle for them :ha_ha:

This is why there is the sign on the doors ENTER AT OWN RISK  got some more nice pic's will resize and send them on for you all to enjoy.

Dudes have a great week.

Cheers from the braai vleis land
