Topic: r151f with slit tcase ,,,serious issue 4th and R go in together

Hello and good day folks
im pretty desparate with my project build
the drivetrain is r151f with split tcase after om0167
i inherited this transmission from previous owner and it was fully apart
now after assembly *( as much as i had a knowledge) for it
when i came out for a first drive ...checking the vehcile on parking lot i manage to engave 4th gear and reverse together
i took the trasnsmission apart and cant see any safety device to prevent it from happening 4
1 shift rail R and 5th
2 shift rail 1-3rd
3 shift rail 2-4th gear
as i understand there is safety balls between rails
but there is nothing common between 1 and 3 rail to prevent them going in together

any one had simmilar issue?
very close to burn this thing to ashes .......3rd month of trying to identify the issue

For that to happen I would guess somebody put the gears into your transmission seriously wrong.

the gears are installed coorect
when it drives i have all 6 gears working gorgeously
no noises ....shifts smooth ...
but im able to engage two gears same time
