Larry for CA Gov...............
« on: Jul 12, 2021, 11:32:07 PM »
https://www.newsweek.com/conservative-radio-talk-show-host-larry-elder-officially-recall-race-against-newsom-1608507

If conservative talk show host Larry Elder has his way, the "Sage of South Central" will be the next governor of California.
After Elder indicated earlier this month he was considering joining the recall race against Gavin Newsom, on Monday he made the news official on his radio show.
Elder said months ago he was approached by Dennis Prager to run. Elder said he thanked him but said "Hell, no. I think this state is un-governable."
But then Elder said more people that he respected suggested he run.

Although I support any conservative voice and openly active effort to change the destructive course that the radical left have set for the State of California, the effort to corrupt the State and turn it into a socialist experiment has been going on for decades. I lived, worked, and attended college in California from 1968 to 1994, both Northern California and Southern California.

People in California are leaving the state in unprecedented record numbers to escape the absurd unconstitutional political polices and lawlessness.

Who will be left? :dunno:

I believe it will take decades of effort to change it, and it may never be back to the beautiful state it was.

Gnarls, If California goes that far south the rest of the country mightlearn a lesson good enough to turn the rest of the country around. Too bad there's nothing any politician can do here, stupid is as stupid does.

sirdeuce...

I tend to believe you're right.

I don't see any politicians doing anything real serious about fighting back against this onslaught that will destroy America and will be a sickening wake-up call to millions of legal American citizens.

There's is lots of talk.

I am fearful of what I see as 3 possible negative outcomes in the near future:

1 - Trump gets re-elected, but is assassinated.

2 - The military and police forces will neutralize Americans from any fighting back by confiscating our firearms.

3 - A large group of Americans DO fight back and there is bloodshed like the Civil War.

Of course a 4th outcome - somehow we save ourselves and return to a civil society, but at this point I am very cautiously optimistic. :disturbed:

Yep, you are right on that, but it's not the major reason for the exodus...... POLITICS are. California politicians are on such radical vectors that they're acting like anchors and dragging the whole state down. The cost of living in Cali is a direct product of those politicians/politics. Doesn't help when the people are sheep. Then, of course, there are the people.........

Last time I was on the Big Island I looked at housing. For what we paid for our little 1000 squarre foot house we could have move there (Kona side hills). Fuel was not that much higher than here. Food was a little higher, but not that bad. My wife and I did the math and found it would be easily doable on our retirement. Fuel would have been a big cost as I would have to takr my biweekly trip to the Punalu'u bake shop. Lilikoi malasadas!

It is already there, which is why the Dems running D.C. want to turn the nation into CA politically.

Yep, no one can change CA, the Dems have 75% seat majority in the Assembly, a 77.5% seat in the Senate, and following the redistricting following last years census, that majority is sure to grow.  The only way this State can be saved is for a tsunami to hit the coast from SF to San Diego, and wash 30 million out to sea.

It is a painful sadness for me to think that our United States of America will be completely destroyed and turned into another Marxism experiment that we know how it ends.

As everyday passes, and I watch and read the news (I can only watch about 30 seconds before blood shoots out of my eyes), my hopes are diminished.

The shear magnitude of the insanity that is taking place is beyond any Hollywood horror movie.

I’m reading Mark Levin’s book “American Marxism” and his last chapter describes what we can do to fight back.

I want to jump ahead and read it, but I’m going through the entire book. So far his facts and descriptions are very depressing.

If we (gun-toting, Bible-clinging, Trump-loving deplorable American Constitutional patriots) somehow turn this around without lots of human suffering, horrific violence and bloodshed it will be some kind of historic miracle that most likely will have some Divine intervention.

Does Larry really have a chance at winning and becoming Governor? :dunno:

Nope, Larry hasn't got the chance a snowball has in hell. The Cali people are absolute morons. Won't be long 'til the U.S cuts the state loose to Mexico, a time at which Mexico will say 'We don't want that shtick'.

Most of those morons all came from the rest of the nation due to the climate and economic opportunities, something that Texas did not heed when they thought it was a smart idea to go after CA's jobs in the early 2000's, doing so has put the State on the same road to socialism that had destroyed CA.  You can already observe the voting change, and is now just a few % points away from going blue, just as CA did in 1992.

Mexico wont want it back, too many undesirable Latino's and unwanted Mexican's are here already here, has they wanted them in Mexico, they wouldn't have allowed them to leave.

It's all the things they're doing to make people believe they won't ever have to work again that's changing the political atmosphere. Lull the lazy into a sense of free financial security and they'll follow you off the highest cliff. Free money, legalize marijuana without too much resistance, take away the popular means of defense/offense all the while not letting up on "business as usual". Seems to me there's an asteroid heading this way that will destroy the planet and  nothing really matters any more.  :shocking:

I've even started using those damned emojis. Yep, the worlds coming to an end.

Trump, and his take on the economy, which was lifting lower wages the fastest, was our best hope at righting the ship without bloodshed, I don't see that being possible, as there is no living in peace with Socialist.  The only question yet to be answered is, was January 6th the start of something, or the last gasp of the nation that our Founders created.

Wont say Elders, Jenner, or any other non-Dem doesn't have a chance of winning, however, Newsome won by 3 million votes, so while the people may decide to punish him for what he did with wuhan and now inflation, I don't believe they are so angry that they would replace him with a Rep, even a Black or transgendered one.

Yep, making the people dependent on government is the best way of enslaving them as a voting block, it is why Biden and the Dems pushed through the monthly child credit, and is why Newsome just authorized another round of CA stimulus checks to most of CA's residents.

Well.. I won't throw in the towel yet and EVERYTHING matters!  My country's survival matters.  :willynilly:

If China's PLA landed on Redondo Beach to take over America, and there was a call to arms for all USA civilians to grab their gun and go fight them, I'd grab my go-bag filled with ammo and my BS-26 and head west!!

Or.. I might let the PLA take over the California government, put Newsome in a prison camp all with Pelosi and Feinstein, then go to the Yuma border to fight the PLA!!  :gap:
