Yelling at the parents is understandable given that you just potentially just risked your own life to save the kid of inattentive parents, but if concerned as to why your did it, might consider why you didn't yell at the parents of the other 3 kids, or the adult that you saved, were these parents just less appreciative then the others? 

I would have likely scolded all of them, including the adult, for being dumbasses.

Naw, I just make sure they're breathing and able to move on their own        and then walk away. Not even sure why I did it. Knee jerk actions really.

Yesterday I learned that Kristi Noem, the sometimes-touted hot potential VP for Trump, South Dakota governor, killed a puppy because she said it wasn’t trainable.
There is no such thing as an untrainable pet dog.  She brags about what she did in her book.

When I learned about it, I got so upset and angry I did not even want to know the details, I wanted retribution.
She is going to Hell, guaranteed. Her time as a political figure will turn to dust in the wind. 

Now, every time I see her ugly face on TV or hear the name it will trigger a hate-spike.

She’s a despicable moron.

The level of sickness and insanity today is beyond words.

In human psychology, changing or modifying human behavior, is considered to be very difficult, and in many cases, YES... it's not possible.

With the domestic dog, behavior can be changed in a matter of minutes!!

Like I've said before, our pet dogs will become THE most important, valuable, and cherished non-human animal on planet Earth for a civilized society.

Dogs have been trained in 20 minutes to perform a series of complex tasks that a human, even with the best technology, cannot do!

Since I was 16 I have changed many times.  My mind has changed, my behavior has changed, my body has changed, my beliefs have changed.

Most changes have been a good thing, a few changes in the past were not so good.

Things are going great here in Cali! Drop out of high school, smoke pot and stay stoned all day long, and you qualify for a $20 an hour job! Man! How great is that!?

On the other hand, an education in electronics will get you a job where drug use will disqualify you and you get to start at a massive $18.70 an hour.

My wife is a news and social media “junkie”.  She knows more about what is going on in the world at any given moment than anyone I know.

She got a social media alert about a family’s stolen (in broad daylight) high end pickup truck that hauled their big 5th wheel.
It turns out that pickup trucks, any size or manufacturer, are being stolen at a staggering rate.

As we know, most of these pickups cost $50K to $100K.

The thieves are experts at defeating all common anti-theft devices. Surveillance video has shown the thieves can steal a vehicle in less than 3 minutes.

Before I get my 1986 Xtracab back on the road I will install an anti-theft device that will be extremely difficult to find and defeat.

If a thief wants your vehicle bad enough, there is most likely, nothing that will stop them from hauling it away.

And all that is done is a report is generated. If on the outside chance they bump into the stolen vehicle they MIGHT do something about it. Most of the time the vehicle, if found, is returned to the owner, usually in dire need of repair, without any arrest. Then the insurance company gets involved, usually accompanied by an increase in premiums.
I'm not sure who the criminals are any more.
