i need some help here. i need my rear end welded this weekend and the guy that is sopost to weld it for me i have not hered from him in a copple of days wich is not nomorly a prop but my runner was broke in to so i need to get the rear axle back to geather so i can push it in the garage.. so i what i was wondering is if any one with in a resonoblle drive form lodi CA would be abale to weld this for me this week wend?

dude,  slip your axles back on the truck and snug the 4 nuts on each side ,and use the front drive to pull you into the garage,   you can then get it welded at your discretion,  dont drive around town for god sakes but its ok to get outa the street

i drve my truck 22 miles on the highway with just the front  dline. u should be fine to drive a few miles

yea i got to thinking, if theres no 3rd then theres no need for oil,  but you dont want to get dirt and stuff in there

the only thing that will be holding the shafts up will be the four bolts on each side.  Tehre will be no center support like what the slider gears give.  I wouldn't drive it on the road, but pushing it might not be a problem.

thaxs i dint no that the 4 bolts would be a nuff but all put them back on and push it it the garge . cant drive it cuz the trans is out  :smack:
