I just bought a 91 x-cab v6, the previous owner had problems with the trans and so he took it out, then didn't want to deal with it so I bought it from him, anyways after I got everything put back together I noticed that there is a nipple on the top right rear of the trans that looks like a vacuum line connects to but there is not anything that I have found that goes there, I couldn't find anything in the fsm, so I am at a loss please help.

its a 5 speed right

perhaps he had some sort of extended breather kit on it

yes it's a five speed (r150f),

I dont think it's an extended breather because there are 2 right on top by the shifter.

its got to be a breather, id just cap it off if it does in fact have other breathers
