A few more for you Roman Catholic, admit to living or having sex with your SO before marraige and you can be married in church but not at the alter. Admit it as a Morman and you can't be married in the temple.

Personally I could careless if gays get "married"

I just have to point out, since so many folks say it like this, that you're actually saying you care enough that you COULD still care less!  The right way to say it is I COULDN'T care less, because you've then hit the bottom of caring and could not possibly care any less

Maybe I should have been taught the proper way in my English classes instead of the bs that was pushed on me in school.

You're in the wrong thread!!!

Besides, he said he could careless...just an abstract and incomplete sentence! :gap:

Oh who cares, I couldn't care less,

or maybe it isn't as bad as it could be and then I could care less but just don't care as much as I should which means I could care more or less depending on the situation.

Always there to point people in the right wrong an direction  :gap:
Now your wrong, :gap: "A direction" is correct. "An" is only used when the following word begins with a vowel, and a few other minor exceptions, but...carry on. :usa:

Ok, I can't wait for you to respond cause I'm impatient  :haha:  You don't mention the use of "an" before nouns starting with a vowel  :gap:  Sometimes we make mistakes to catch others off guard, but aside from saying "your" instead of "you're" wrong you caught it faster than most people usually do!

And no, you can't buy a vowel.  There are no more  :yikes:

:smack: yea, im kinda in the habit of typing whats faster as long as it sounds phonetically ok, or looks phonetically ok. i guess i didn't say vowel-starting noun, its one of those things you kinda think but then it doesn't quite make it to the (theoretical) paper...

OK, im done with today's grammar lesson now :outtahere:
