ill admit the 1st time I was in a rut and thought I was gonna lay on the side i reached for the wall... of course I didn't flop but I was close enough to touch the wall  :shudder: takes time but if theirs one thing Ive learned in my job all natural instincion can be over ridden it just takes a consciences effort and practice. (muscle memory)  :hammer:
